All packages include an in-depth initial one to one consultation that can last up to 90 minutes.
This gives us the opportunity to explore your symptoms and also the reasons why you need support.
We discuss your current health concerns, medical and family history, symptoms, any medication you are currently taking, diet and lifestyle. Prior to the consultation you will be required to fill out a personal information form and a three day food diary.
Following on from the consultation, having fully accessed your requirements and goals, I will create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan along with supplement recommendations if relevant. This will be sent out within a few days of the consultation and discussed in a 15 minute feedback session.
Every client is different and hence this is not a "one size fits all" approach. My sessions aim to give you all the tools you need to begin to tackle the root cause of your symptoms. We can work together making both short term and long term goals that will help you get back to feeling and being your best. A monthly follow up works best after your initial consultation.
